What happens after I place my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. The confirmation email will include detailed information about your meal plan, delivery information, cooler bag return policy and other important information.Please make sure you read through this full email as it is VERY IMPORTANT.

How do I choose my meal plan?

We offer 6 different meal plan options, each one with a specific goal in mind.
Classic meal plan: Wwell balanced portion-controlled meal plan with healthy complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, fresh vegetables and healthy fats to provide all the essential nutrients and nourishments to maintain a healthy nutritional lifestyle.
Slim meal plan: Designed for those individuals with weight loss goals. Perfectly portion controlled low calorie, low carbohydrate meals balanced with a serving of lean proteins, fresh vegetables and healthy fats.
Ketogenic meal plan: Ideal choice for weight loss, our Ketogenic meal plan is based on high servings of healthy fats, low carbohydrates, low sugar and lean proteins.
Paleo meal plan: The perfect meal plan that focuses on lean meats, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, nuts, grain-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and free of all processed foods. Our paleo meal plan is also diabetic friendly.
Plant based meal plan: Our plant based meal plan include both vegetarian and vegan options providing only the freshest fruits and vegetables, healthy complex carbohydrate with animal-free products and plant-based proteins.
Fit kids meal plan: Our fit kids meal plan was created to deliver healthy, well balanced, nutritional meals for kids (Age: 12 and under) loaded with a serving of lean proteins, healthy complex carbohydrates and fresh vegetables and fruits. The Fit Kids meal plan is the ideal choice to provide your kid with a healthy well balanced diet. 

Do I need to pick my meals?

No, We provide a weekly rotating menu that offers over 100 different menu dishes,  We offer a variety of different meals which are ideally tailored to fit your meal plan of choice and individual goal. Our system will automatically choose your meals based on your selected meal plan and will take into account your allergies, preferences and dislikes. If there is a particular food product you do not like you may give us a call at 305-305-0513 or email: and let us know and we will opt out or substitute any meals with any of your selected allergies or dislikes.

Can I personalize my meal plan?

We do not have the option to personalized our meals as the products used on each meal are already accounted for and preset in all macronutrient label information.
We understand not every individual is the same that is why we offer a variety of meal plan options and meal portion sizes on our meal plans.

What If I have food allergies and/or ingredient dislikes?

We’ve got you covered! We offer a food allergy and ingredient dislike list check box option at no extra cost to make sure you receive your meals exactly the way you like to eat them. Our system will take accountability of your preferences and dislikes and will substitute the meals you selected for another meal always keeping in mind your preferences, allergies and dislikes.

Are your meals All-natural?

YES! All of the ingredients used in our meals are non-gmo, free of hydrogenated oils, modified starches, high fructose corn syrups, man-made dyes, preservatives, white flour, white sugar & table salt. Our lean meats and poultry are hormone-free and antibiotic free. Our fish and shellfish is fresh and/or wild caught, Our produce is always locally sourced and always fresh.

Do you use frozen products or ingredients?

No frozen products or ingredients. All of our products and ingredients are FRESH.

How should I heat up the meals?

All meals come ready to eat. You may heat up your meals based on your preference (for example: 2 minutes in the microwave). You may use a microwave or conventional oven. Please keep in mind the containers are not oven safe, you will need to transfer the meals to an oven safe dish in order to successfully heat your meal in the oven. You may also find heating instructions on the label of each individual meal.

How long do the meals last?

Our meals are all natural, free of preservatives and are on your doorstep within hours of being cooked. Our meals will last a maximum of 4 days in the refrigerator and may last longer if frozen.


What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. No international cards are accepted. No cash payments are accepted.

How does the billing work?

Once you place your order you will be charged for your upcoming meal plan. All payments are processed prior to the beginning on your plan. The billing going forward is recurring and automatically setup as a subscription based on your chosen meal plan selection and duration.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

No contracts or commitments.

Is this service a subscription?

Yes, we are a subscription-based meal plan.

How do I pause the billing?

If you are traveling, need to take a break from the meal plan or just need to pause the billing for a certain amount of time. You may do so by logging into your member portal through our website

Is there a deadline to pause the billing?

Yes, our billing pause deadline via our phone customer service department is Tuesday 5:00pm (EST) and our online member portal billing pause deadline is also Tuesday 5:00pm (EST).

How do I make changes to my account?

Yes, you may make full changes to your account, billing, address, delivery schedule and meal plan options by calling our customer service department by Tuesday 5:00pm (EST) or by accessing your online member portal also Tuesday 5:00pm (EST).


In what areas do you offer delivery?

We offer fresh daily delivery to all of Miami dade county and Broward county. 

Do you charge a delivery fee?

We charge a $20 delivery fee per week to all Miami-Dade and Broward county.

How does the delivery work?

Our deliveries are made 2 days per week on Sundays & Wednesdays.  


On Sunday you will receive a delivery with your meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday consumption and on Wednesday you will receive a delivery with your meals for Thursday and Friday consumption.

At what time do the deliveries arrive?

The delivery window is from 7:00pm to 11:00pm for all Miami dade county and broward county.

Can you deliver at a certain specific time?

While delivery arrival times will be consistent there is no specific time request that can be accommodated as each driver has a set route that is mapped via satellite taking into account real time weather and traffic. Drivers are not allowed to change the order of their route.

How do you package the meal delivery?

Our meals are packaged in BPA-FREE microwave safe recyclable containers. All of your meals will include heating instructions and designated nutritional facts and macronutrient information pertaining to each individual meal, so you always know what you are consuming and how much of it. Upon delivery your meals will be placed inside an insulated cooler with non-toxic cold gel packs to keep your meals at the ideal sanitary temperatures and to protect the freshness and quality of your meals while on delivery transit.

Do you charge a cooler bag fee?

No cooler bag or ice pack fees! Zero! Nada! We are the only meal delivery service who does not add extra cost for cooler bags and ice packs. However, YOU MUST RETURN ALL INSULATED COOLER BAGS AND ICE PACKS that you receive in order to avoid any unreturned equipment fees.
The unreturned cooler bag and ice pack fees are as follows:
$10.00 per each unreturned cooler bag
$5.00 per each unreturned ice pack

What do I do with cooler bags and ice packs?

All cooler bags and ice packs must be returned. You may leave your cooler bag outside of your door with all defrosted ice packs inside for pick up from our delivery team. Our delivery team will swap out your previous cooler bag and ice packs with a new one alongside your new meals. It is very important you return all cooler bags and ice packs to avoid any unreturned equipment charges and fees.

What if I am not home to receive the delivery?

If you are not home upon arrival of your delivery, we will place your delivery bag outside of your door in visible safe location. Your meals will be protected inside of an insulated cooler bag with ice packs to maintain the freshness and quality of the meals while they await your arrival.

Can I tip the delivery driver?

If you feel your driver’s service is exceptional, you may tip your driver. We are sure they will appreciate it.

What if I live in a gated community or apartment building?

If you live in a gated community or apartment building that requires front desk, security guard or call box access to enter the location it is the member's responsibility to ensure your driver is granted access upon arrival. If the driver cannot enter the location to complete delivery, they will have to leave and continue their route as each driver has many deliveries to be made in a short period of time. A driver is not permitted to return to a stop after the initial failed delivery attempt. Thus, if access is not granted upon arrival, no credits will be issued for the missed delivery.

What if my food is late?

While our drivers will be consistent with delivery times, there are factors beyond our control such as weather and traffic that can lead to delays. Please be patient and rest assured your driver will be at your doorstep shortly.

What if I didn’t receive my delivery?

There may be several reasons why you would not receive a delivery. Non-payment, our driver could not access your location, or an unforeseen delivery delay due to an uncommon and unavoidable circumstance. If you feel you have missed a delivery in error, please call us at 305-305-0513 or email us at and a customer service representative will contact within the next 24 hours.

Who can I contact in regard to a delivery issue?

Please contact our customer service team at 305-305-0513 or email with any delivery issues or concerns. Please do not relay any delivery or customer service-related issues or concerns to your driver as they are not part of our customer resolutions team. All inquiries and instructions must be relayed through customer service.


Do you offer military and/or law enforcement discounts?

Yes, we do, we offer all active military and law enforcement personal a permanent 10% discount towards their meal plan selection. Please email or call our sales department at 305-305-0513 for more details.

Do you offer family discount or couples discounts?

Yes, we do. We may find our family/couples discounted price through our online ordering portal. You may also email or call our sales department at 305-305-0513 for more details.

Do you offer a referral program?

Absolutely! We offer a $25 referral credit for every individual that you refer and becomes a member with us. The member you refer will also receive a $25 discount off their first order with us so they can try out our service at a discounted price. The referral credits are unlimited so refer all your friends, colleagues and family members.
